Refund policy

Last updated: 28 June 2026. We want you to be happy with your order. If something is wrong, we make it right — and nothing here removes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or not fit for its purpose, you are entitled to a replacement or a refund.

Faulty, damaged, or wrong items

Email us at qoduddml0819@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund — your choice. You do not need to post anything back, because return shipping from Australia to Korea usually costs more than the product.

Change of mind

You can return an item that is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost — please contact us first to confirm the return address. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare cannot be returned for change of mind.

Lost in transit

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or it is lost in transit, contact us and we will resend your order at our cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. We process refunds within 1-2 business days of approval; how quickly the money appears then depends on your bank or card provider.
